Gathering Overview
Join us at Cedar Healing Arts Retreat, located in Gravenhurst, for a three day, two night retreat. Friday, October 23 - Sunday, October 25, 2020.
Arrival will begin at 4 PM on the Friday, guests are welcome to arrive later that evening. Check out will be Sunday by 4 PM, guests are welcome to leave earlier if need be.
This retreat is set to a maximum of 10 guests. Some rooms are shared with double occupancy, and reservations of rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
Delicious plant based meals will be provided for the entire retreat.
Our group will enjoy a yoga class and a sound healing class hosted by the facilitator Sonja. I will be holding individual 30 minute Reiki sessions for each guest (if requested) and we will also have group discussions each night (either inside or outside weather permitting. There will be room available for free time, which you may use at your own discretion. Guests also have the option to add on a shiatsu or acupuncture treatment during your stay for an additional cost. Participation in each activity is not mandatory, but will certainly contribute to the overall experience of the retreat. T
he cost for our Let Go Retreat is $600. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, which 25% is refundable upon guest cancellation. The remaining balance is due on or before October 1, 2020.
Carpooling options are available as well if required.
