Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional working relationship, the following booking policies apply:

Booking & Deposits
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

  • Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after work has begun are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to accommodate project timelines.

Turnaround Times
  • Standard turnaround times will be outlined before starting each project.

  • Expedited requests may be subject to a rush fee depending on the timeline.

 
Revisions & Edits
  • Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $40/hour.

 
Payment Terms
  • Payments are accepted via e-transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee per week past the due date.
