Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional working relationship, the following booking policies apply:

Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after work has begun are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to accommodate project timelines.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times will be outlined before starting each project.

Expedited requests may be subject to a rush fee depending on the timeline.
Revisions & Edits
-
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $40/hour.
Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via e-transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
-
Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee per week past the due date.
